I hate leaving bad reviews after seeing good ones on here, but communication is the worst. Initially, contact Brook a month ago but I had to cancel due to work meetings. Texted last week, and got a response several days later saying he had to get a new phone. We scheduled for him to come over yesterday (Wednesday), and he no-showed. I first contacted bb mobile marine to take a look at my boat this last Monday and never got an answer in the voicemail it says to text him as well. So I did and no answer come later that night he texted and said it will be $100 to come look at the boat then whatever the repair would be I answered back pretty quick and said that's fine let's do it. Brook was excellent!! Very convenient and got the job done quickly! Will continue to use BB’s!!
I had Brook inspect a boat before i drove 5 hours to buy it and he said everything was good on it. When i brought it and had it inspected by my local mechanic, we found out the motor was shot and the transom was rotted. Not a happy customer
