Scheduling stuff by phone is iffy but it is now my fav place for routine maintenance in whatcom county. Turn around times vary. For best results show up in person and schedule your maintenace if they can't take it that day. Location changed.
Best Mc shop in town
Needed a special tool. Bbrp had it and let me borrow it. (I left a nicer tool as collateral.) Can't say it'll happen again... but it was a great gesture and earned a customer when I admit defeat and need help.
just called for tire replacement, they called back right away, the quote was very good. they can get the bike in when the tires arrive. Happy so far.
