Ryan and Tyler were fantastic! They guided me through selecting the perfect grill, set clear expectations, answered all my questions, and explained every feature. They even helped me find an assembly service. Excellent experience - I’ll definitely use them again!
The sales team has been outstanding. Unfortunately after BBQ Guys had my money and shipped my Blaze order that’s when everything went down hill. Because it took more than 30 days to complete my outdoor kitchen they wouldn’t help me resolve a burner issue. I had to call Blaze who were fantastic. BBQ Guys customer support is worthless. When I expand my outdoor kitchen area with more Blaze products I certainly won’t be ordering from BBQ Guys.
Didn’t purchase anything on my last visit but was able to get some good information. Employees there were very helpful
