I have to say Blaine is amazing I had a few issues but she was outstanding helped me right away and went out of her way to make everything perfect. I will definitely be back and recommend BBQ guys. I personally would ask for Blaine as her service is incredible. Thank you again for all your help and kindness. Great team 😊
We bought Darlee cast aluminum backyard furniture from BBQGuys. The quality and value is excellent. Delivery time was short. The sales support and follow up was very helpful. They also sell high end outdoor kitchen equipment and barbecue grills.
Terrible we bought pizza oven from Ryan and used it first time Doesn’t work no one will help us get the runaround it’s a joke. Won’t ignite. Will never buy from Here again or don’t recommend this pizza oven. When we bought everyone was like we help anytime it’s terrible very frustrating
Awesome place beautiful grills. They will design what you want and need.
Lacking basic customer service skills. Off the laptops and help the customers in the store. If you ask someone if they need help look up and act like you care.
