I placed an Order for more than 1200 dollars on Nov 17. Got email stating it would be delivered in 7-10 days. It has been 23 days and i cannot even get a status on the order. No emails answered or1 phone call answered. I will not order from them again. The one time someone did answer said he would get back to me that day and that was three days ago and nothing. Would not recommend.
I started to order from the BBQ Guys and then found another distributer. Many of the BBQ grills are of low quality but high price. I was able to purchase a high quality grill for my outdoor kitchen at a price about 40% less. As a matter of fact BBQ Guys could not even quote me because only specific distributors were allowed to sell that model. I guess that speaks for itself. I bought the Weatherstrong 92 Outdoor HDPE Island and associated Blaze LTE+ 32 grill. Here is the good: Grill is nice. Comes with a rotisserie and the overall quality seems good, although it is not inexpensive. Then, unless you have an existing one, you have to buy the Blaze insulated jacket for the BBQ Island, adding further to the costs.
