Your company mailed us a BBQ that had 6+ bent pieces. We received the box DESTROYED. The dents being as deep as they are must mean something MASSIVE dropped on it, now we're having to deal with the aftermath.
Do not under any circumstance buy anything from these people. I was fleeced for 25-hundred dollars for a "high end" grill that broke 1.5 years later. Switches caught fire, regulator failed, burners stopped working. They contracted a third party vendor (New Leaf) for repair/warranty issues. 4 times a "technician" had to come out. 2 of them spoke English. The other two were impossible to communicate with. Update…. Their customer service team reached out several times and were able to work out a great resolution to the over sell problem. Order placed and awaiting the ship out. They did not stop and kept working on a solution for the customer. Well done! Would love to give a better review, but had a very disappointing experience with this firm. I placed an Order for more than 1200 dollars on Nov 17. Got email stating it would be delivered in 7-10 days. It has been 23 days and i cannot even get a status on the order. No emails answered or1 phone call answered. I will not order from them again. The one time someone did answer said he would get back to me that day and that was three days ago and nothing. Would not recommend.
