I have bought three beautiful outdoor sets from BBQ Guys. In a rare occurrence the paint on one of one of my chairs chipped. I got a new chair just like that. If that is not a company with integrity then I have no idea what is! Love these Guys!
Ordered an insulated jacket online. The day it was supposed to ship It was marked delayed. I had spoken with the customer service agent and said if it was not able to ship out on time that I was able to get another one locally immediately. BEWARE: I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of product from BBQ Guys, but I promise you I will not in the future. Recently my wife purchased an outdoor pizza oven, which we went to return. Mind you, it never came out of the box. The sales team spent a considerable amount of time answering questions, but as soon as we went to return the item, all the customer service goodwill stopped.
