The most disappointing unit for the price, what a mistake I made, stay away from making the same mistake I did or find out for yourself.
Went to a wedding a couple weekends ago that bqqguys catered. It was the WORST catering I’ve ever experienced. Came across a video online speaking on their experience as well. Welp, it’s like that everytime they cater unfortunately. Yall suck. Food wasn’t even good. Someone needs to learn how to make mac & cheese
These guys are amazing. Spoke with Jon Vidos and he rocks. I had an issue with my Blaze Outdoor refrigerator and he solved it immediately. BUY YOUR NEXT OUTDOOR GRILL FROM THEM! They are truly the best!
I purchased a Bull natural gas grill and called to get a list of service partners in the area. They were no help and said they do not have a list. If you sell equipment I would think you would have some way to provide service guidance to the purchaser. Buyer beware!
Despite some of the previous reviews here, I had a great experience with customer service. I had a sizing issue with an item I ordered that was recommended by the online chat person. After sending an email note, I was promptly called by Jon in customer service. He offered 3 different resolutions, one of which I happily accepted. I had a very satisfying experience and am hopeful that other customers will receive the same level of satisfaction.
