Had all the parts I needed in stock.
Left them 2 messages. texted 1. contact form. No call back at. I am trying to give them business. I can not imagine how responsive they might be if I have an issues.
Called several times and always get the answering machine. Left a message. Then filled out the Contact Form twice online - no reply to email or a phone call. Don't waste your time - they must be too busy for new work. I ended up ordering my Fire Magic grill parts online and will do the repair myself.
Do not use this company. They are terrible. Don't return calls, make appointments that they don't show up to and are completely unreliable. One star is actually to many. I have been trying to have a grill repaired for over a year.
