My husband ordered a grill on July 23 and was told it would be in in 9 weeks. We waited 12 weeks until it was finally delivered...broken. A $3500 grill. He finally got a service guy out, ordered the part to fix it. 2 weeks later the part comes in, but the service guy is out and can’t fix it for 2 MORE weeks. RecommendedA friend brought me to check it out, my friend gifted me a couple rubs and I bought a digital food thermometer and some rub to try, bought a whole chicken on the way home to give it a test run, spatchcock. Nice stuff and good location.
I went in to get ideas for my BBQ Island. Jared (or Darren sorry hard to hear with the masks) I let him know what our budget for the outside kitchen is and he showed us a really nice set. We came in to “get ideas” lol... but dell in love with the grill and the life time warranty. I was worried about buying an expensive grill and having to replace it 3 years down the road.

This place is amazing! They have everything i could need for my Webber kettle and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
BBQ Outfitters offers great products and backs them with great service. I have bought my grill and burner from them 3 years ago and now my Big Green Egg. They take the time to learn what you want and need and then make sure you get the right products. I am also very pleased with their delivery service.
Great shopping experience - Craig was extremely knowledgeable and the store on 620 had the best selection to view. Our appliances arrived < a week and can't wait to start on our new outdoor kitchen.
