I would like to thank George and Rodger for delivering my Green Mountain Ledge Grill. Iwas delivered on time and fully assembled. Smoked my first brisket this weekend and it was great! Thank you, BBQ Outfitters, Ric, Roger and George!

BBQ Outfitters in San Antonio treated me right. After 7 years my BGE-XL developed a crack from back to front in the bottom of the base. I called Scott at BBQ Outfitters San Antonio to see if it was even under warranty. He said it was most likely and to send him an email with pictures. He got right back to me within an hour and said he would send in the paperwork for the warranty request and that he would let me know when a new BGE-XL base was in. 3 days later Scott called me and said I could come pick up the BRAND NEW B... read more

We purchased a Saber Grill from this company in 2016 and we now need new cooking grates. I called this week and was told that they do not sell replacement parts and that I have to order direct from the factor. I purchased this expensive grill from this company so that I would have support after the sale. I am extremely disappointed and will never buy anything from BBQ Outfitters. How can you sell a product and no offer replacement parts?
