First class lodges and even better after care. We had a lodge installed in 2017 and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s a quality bit of kit that’s built to last and still looking good after all these years. Sadly we had an issue 8 years after install with the roof leaking and some resulting rotten wood. Mel, Simon and the team were brilliant and replaced it all quickly and efficiently and it’s now as good as new and advised have tweaked the install process used to make sure it won’t happen again. From the beginning a thoroughly professional service from Mel and Simon, no hidden costs, great choice of styles and colours of lodges and soft furnishings. Simon did a site visit and gave us various options for the location and layout of the lodge and he and his team did a fantastic job of building the lodge and bar over two days.
