I bought a Kamado Joe Big Joe III from BBQ Island and it was delivered with shipping damage. That can happen and is no deal as long as the parties involved handle it appropriately. BBQ Island and their forwarder Pilot Freight handled the replacement process flawlessly. No discussion, immediately told me to have the shipper take the damaged grill back and immediately initiated shipping of a replacement grill that arrived in just a week. All good now. Just purchased my third grill/smoker from BBQ Island. First bought an original Kamado Joe grill 9 years ago. Bought a Good One smoker last year and purchased a Kamado Classic III today. Outstanding service and attentiveness. You won't go wrong working with Mike. Highly recommended.
