Be careful!!! Might be a scam company! Had an appointment today. Didn’t confirm yesterday or this week. Then totally didn’t show up today. This was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift for my husband. I took the day off from work and waited all day. No phone call. I emailed and no response there either. This could be a scam company. No formal quote either - just an email. Very casual. I would be very cautious. We found a more structured, professional company to come next week.
Amanda made my 6 year old grill and smoker look like they just come out of the factory and what she did with the goodness-knows- how-old hood was beyond belief. Well worth the $$
I finally hired Grill Cleaning Guys to do what I have been putting off, doing a deep clean of my grill that on average I use twice per week. Amanda is great, cheerful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to her craft. Grill Cleaning Guys are literally the best! They cleaned our BBQ grill and it looks brand new. Service was quick, professional, and affordable. Would highly recommend them for grill cleaning needs! They removed all the grime and grease like magic. Would definitely hire again for future grill cleaning. Thanks, Grill Cleaning Guys, for a spotless grill! They were punctual and friendly too. I had them come to clean my smoker in October. Guy comes with no identification and car is not marked indicating who he is with. Complained that my dirty grill was dirty (he's there to clean it and is literally the point of the company). He did not clean the outside, which was part of what I paid for. They promised someone would come the following week to clean and nobody ever did. All subsequent emails I have sent have all been completely ignored. Completely unprofessional and I would never use them again.
