We tried to give the owner the chance to deal with these issues, but after 3 months, Terry hasn't followed through with what recovery processes he promised. The crew did not clean up after themselves at all, our wedding planner stayed and wiped down counters, swept and took their trash out for them. They did not cut the wedding cake even though one of their employees came up and interrupted our cake cutting photos to ask if they were supposed to cut the cake to which I replied yes, and told him exactly which tier.
