Ordered a part for my Lynx Sedona from Pro Grill. Very quick shipment and great communication.
For transparency we did not use this company for grill cleaning. They appear to be trying to develop an e commerce branch of their cleaning business as we were sold a grill part through an online site. The item was shipped twice and we were charged for both of the items. Upon returning the second item - shipped by their error at our expense we were told there would be a 25% restocking fee. I had Progrill come out and clean my bbq for the 1st time in 6 years. It was bad. Brent the tech that came out was great! Kept everything surrounding my bbq super clean. Worth every dollar! I would highly recommend and use this co. Again! Thank you
Our grill is so dirty I didn’t think there was hope. Pro grill did an amazing job. It’s almost like new!
