There’s a young man who works here who is consistently helpful, attentive, and professional, and I genuinely appreciate his customer service. The two young women are a different story. It depends on the day. One is generally helpful, but if the younger one is working, I usually just turn around and leave rather than come inside. Walking in here I had high hopes. The vibes were so bad, we sat at the bar we were met with zero consumer service. No hi, hello just are you ready after we flagged her down. Our bartender was too busy talking to her friends at the bar to care much but when i asked her about food recommendations she basically looked at me like I was stupid for asking for vegetarian options. I do not recommend coming here at all….

I don't know if they've changed their breading in the last year or two, but this breading does not have the distinct Korean fried chicken feel. I feel like I'm eating a cheap American knockoff and it's just not satisfying. To describe it, the breading feels too thick and isn't "attached" to the chicken. Each bite is either chicken or breading but not both. The sides of the wings has the correct consistency but the meaty parts are off. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I love this location. My husband and I love to order Korean chicken as a treat. My husband works near the Falls Church location and their wings do not hit the same. These are on another level. I also love their kimchi and pickled radish. So fresh every time. The food is so good every time we order from here. I didn’t realize they do karaoke on Thursdays. Even though we ordered takeout, they offered to let us sing a song! Vibes were immaculate. Food is even better.
