I ordered chicken through the app yesterday and had enough points to get free fries. When I went to the store, a young female server kept telling me it wasn’t possible and that I had to pay. I asked her to call the manager so we could figure it out, but she refused and said she knew how to do it. In the end, I had to help her go through the POS system myself — and of course, it worked.
