6:35pm Saturday night.. ran out of wings. How does that happen? Poor management there. Whoever is doing the purchasing needs to be replaced. And how do you just throw your hands up and say "well, we're out of wings. 86 wings.. at a wings place". Get on the phone call another store, do SOMETHING. Poor poor management.
Ordered pick up here at 4:52pm and got a text saying the order was ready at 5:25pm. Then when I got there at 5:45 they ended up giving my order away. They stated the order was there for an hour when it wasn't. They gave my order away and did not even bother to call me to check my time of arrival. Thats pretty mess up and got my upset.
