It's inside H Mart Quincy. The atmosphere is okay but can get really loud in here. The cashiers are very friendly.Â
Great fried chicken just like all the other locations in Boston! Highly recommend. Can't go wrong with honey garlic, but galbi is good too.Â
I’ve ordered from here a few times now and they’re pretty consistent. The spicy galbi wings are delicious, definitely a top choice for me. It’s a shame that they don’t give extra sauce on the side (they do wet the wings very well) as I like them extra wet.Â
BBQ chicken food is good. Staff and franchise owner not so polite at this location. Customers can hear their internal arguments, its clear this type of energy is projected on the customer. I emailed the franchise manager, Richard, on their website with feedback, and have not heard back.Â
I placed an online order around 3:30 PM and I am extremely disappointed. When I opened my box of fried chicken, I was shocked to find that the pieces were severely undercooked. As you can see in the photos, the chicken is visibly raw and pink on the inside, something that is not only unacceptable but also a serious food safety issue. This should never happen at any food establishment, let alone one that specializes in chicken.
