We have been here before along with many numerous Korean BBQ Chicken locations across the country. The service at this site is rough and the 20% gratuity charge for a table of 5 or more is silly. I understand larger tables of 7 or more but this is just screwing over most small families and allowing poor service to get compensated. We are sticking to the Love Oaks BBQ Chicken or the superior Pelican Chicken, another Korean Chicken place .Ā
Bruhh, I am telling u for the second time for the reviews. This is my 4th or 5th time picking up a togo. BUT every time I will pick it up, they are still doing it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE maybe u guys can do something about it. I hope u guys can hear the ping notification whenever u guys have doordash etc. it is not convenient for us, customers, specially if we are in a hurry. This place has such amazinggg chicken! Me and my friends came on a Sunday on a day where it was dead but our waitress was very attentive. She gave great recommendations and kind service. A great place I come with my friends to enjoy some food and catch up:)Ā
