Usually a big fan of this franchise but this location is not good. Got the original wings for take out and it was so dry and over cooked. Waste of $40ย
The coating had a strong, unpleasant smell, almost like the batter was old or not fresh. It had that stale flour odor, and I even suspected the oil might have been reused for too long. This location has smaller chicken, doesn't fully sauce their chicken, I don't think they even double fried it because it wasnt even that crispy. Severely disappointed in my experience, please go to the ballston location, 1000 times better. Even popeyes would be a better choice.ย
The food is good, but the chicken pieces itself are small. Picked up my to-go order and the employee was very kind and patient! Soy garlic is their best flavorย
