Been getting this place for years now, but I haven’t been recently in the past year. It’s all still so delicious, I can’t remember is these crinkle fries is what they always had though. If I am thinking correctly then I miss the psoriasis fries. Crispy, good quality, decent sized chicken and great sauces. The pickled radish was great as alwaysÂ
We walked in not knowing what to expect and were pleasantly surprised to see a cardboard cut out of Felix of Straykids welcoming is in. I got the Bulgogi Rice Bowl and my kiddo got the original fried chicken lunch basket. Everything was delicious and served hot and fresh.Â
I’ve had the chicken from this franchise before and it’s honestly amazing. I usually go to the Arlington location, but this time I had to eat at this one, and unfortunately the experience was completely different. Not only did they send me just the end piece of the bread for the sandwich, but everything was soggy. The chicken wasn’t crispy at all, and the overall quality was really disappointing. This is already the second time that I ordered the original half chicken for pick up and they have been giving me the wrong stuff. Today instead of half chicken they're all wingetts, 8 small pcs. The last time they were all small cuts of breast. Does the management know this?Â
