An older woman working there is clearly not suited for the service industry. our to go order wasn’t ready on time, so we were made to wait outside. When it was time to pay, she responded in an irritated and rude manner. When we mentioned how long it took, instead of apologizing, she raised her voice and said there was nothing she could do. An absolutely ridiculous restaurant

Edited: food delicious, customer service was OK but left a bad taste in my mouth bc of the condescending tone. It wad disappointing bc I tipped and felt unappreciated as a customer. Next time will try again - but will be careful when ordering online and remember to order cheese and pay $2 for said cheese instead of giving a $11 tip.

우리 아이가 일주일에 1-2 번은 꼭 비비큐 치킨을 사달라고 해요. 항상 시켜먹는 메뉴는 미디움이나 라지 사이즈 윙 시크릿 소스 조합이구요. 닭도 신선하고 크기도 적당하고 소스도 듬뿍 있어서 좋아요. 로제떡볶이도 맛있어서 자주 먹어요. 매콤한 양념을 못먹는 아이는 허니 갈릭이나 뿌링클 좋아할거에요. 여기가 화요일마다문을 닫아서 어느 화요일엔가 다른 지점에서 시켜먹었었는데 클로스터 지점이 퀄리티가 훨씬 좋아서 다른데서는 잘 안시켜먹게 되더라고요.
