We ordered a 24-piece boneless combo with three flavor choices — Secret Sauce, Golden Garlic, and Soy Garlic — through the online system. However, we received two boxes of plain chicken with only a tiny amount of Secret Sauce on the side, and Soy Garlic chicken. In other words, only one out of the three flavors we selected was correct. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. I placed my order using website. I received an immediate response from bbq chicken. Bbq chicken sent me a text estimating the time my chicken would be ready. The Soy and garlic chicken was delicious and that was my first time trying this restaurant. I picked my food the cashier was pleasant and had everything in my to go bag. I have worked in restaurants and I have my food handler's license. Great job bbq Chicken, your food is worth cackling about.
