We always loved their chicken, so juicy and filled with flavor. We dine in as a family and the ambiance is so good, their server Joshua is so nice and accommodating to our needs! Kudos Joshua!
I walked up to order and the dude that was there was on his phone and barely looked up to greet. The food didn't seem fresh. I don't know. Seems kind of overpriced.
I spent $70 and even left the tip just to get home and open my food. Not only was my food cold my order was completely wrong. When I called to tell them that my order was wrong, he saw my receipt and said "oh yeah that's my bad" his words verbatim. And offered no solution. I wouldn't have an issue if the food was actually good. The chicken seemed old and not fresh whatsoever and it was very chewy. My kids didn't like it the first time we had this place. Everything I've ever ordered has been delicious. Many options of flavors and choices on how to get chicken, bone in, boneless, wings, drumsticks, sandwich etc. Plus delicious sides and other comfort korean food options.
