My stomach hurt badly after eating here. Food hygiene seems poor. Be carefulÂ
We came in earlier today, the employee was distracted on phone for a whole minute. Waited about 20 mins for our food with no other orders ahead, just to get our chicken that wasnât fully cooked. The inside was pink and the outside wasnât even crispy.Â
Long wait time. If you come here and order take out, they will take a long time to prepare your food. Do not recommend coming here.Â
âď¸ 1-Star Review We recently ordered takeout from the BBQ Chicken inside H Mart Arcadia. My son was told it was mandatory to pay a tip â even though it was a takeout order. This is not right. Tips should always be optional, especially when there is no table service provided. Forcing kids or customers to pay extra without a choice is unacceptable. Please be cautious when checking out and double-check your receipt. I hope the management addresses this issue and trains staff appropriately.Â
