The young lady worked very hard, but the cost was quite excessive (almost $500) to clean my pellet smoker. Afterwards there was smoke backing up through the auger and into the hopper. I thought there must be a back up in the auger itself. I spent hours disassembling and reassembling that whole end of the smoker, to no avail. I then disassembled the interior of the smoker, only to find that she had reassembled it incorrectly. There was a metal plate, that belonged elsewhere, blocking the firebox. Wow I have been using BBQclean for a few years. Jo and her team do excellent work. Yusuf made our BBQ look brand new. Everyone who has come has been professional, polite and very thorough. I recommend them to all our friends and family. Try them out you won’t be sorry you did!
5 stars. The technician worked tirelessly for 5(ish) hours - a perfectionist that made my 7 year-old barbecue look brand new again!
Matt was prompt, polite and professional. He kept his work area organized and cleaned up afterwards. He put in a solid 7 hour shift without a break on a very deep clean. He was thorough and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this service. Happy in West Vancouver
