Just a forewarning if you submit an application via Lending Tree you will be inundated with calls from BBMC. I was unable to answer the phone for one day and received at least 11 calls from them, from 11 different employees. Excessive. They also employ phone spoofing techniques where the number looks like a local number to trick you into answering the phone thinking it's a relative/neighbor. Borderline harassment, will definitely not consider them for my loan needs.
