I went to BBM three times this week and I always enjoyed myself when I saw Lauren at the bar. I was here with my daughter Lauren remembered her name the second time , She made me a lot of good bourbon cocktails from a Manhattan to a old-fashioned and a paper plane we’re talking about all the different bourbons old Forrester is my new favorite and I took home a Blantons bottle after finishing the bottle. Lauren was outstanding. She was super friendly. She offered multiple bourbon options and was fun to talk to. One of the best experiences we’ve had at this hotel.
Lauren at the BBM bar is awesome. Super friendly, always smiling, and really outgoing. She makes you feel welcome right away and the service is great every time. Definitely one of the highlights of the place.
