Showed up to pick up a door at 450. Closes at 5. My only day off was Friday. They said they couldn't help me cuz everything was closed in the back and I made a 45 minute trip to pick it up. No one said on the phone they closed at 4 for pick ups so of course I made a trip for nothing. No one was even gonna try and help. It was just a door and didn't really need there help to load. Sales team will promise to have an invoice same day, when you call back a week later they tell you to go elsewhere. It’s the Mickey Mouse clubhouse behind those doors.
Initially spoke with a salesman named Daniel on 1/7/2025, and was told I would hear something from him that next Monday. Yes, I completely understand it’s not a normal build, but zero communication/transparency, until I called him back a week later, in which the call went something similar to, “Okay which one are you? Oh yeah the 100x70x”?”… How tall were those walls?”, which made me upset since my customers are waiting. So I called and asked for another salesman, and got Gregg.
