Following my initial 1-star review, BBL Management Group contacted me asking that I reconsider removing my review. At that time, I had been without air conditioning for several weeks. The representative who called claimed I had the wrong company—a false statement, as they later acknowledged. When I pressed further, I was asked, “What can we do to get you to take down the post, or do you just want your voice heard?” This came across as dismissive and, frankly, an attempt to silence criticism rather than address the real issue... read more
