I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with BBL Construction Property Management. While they are quick to answer calls and emails, their follow-through is severely lacking. They work with unreliable vendors who do a poor job, and it shows in the condition of the property. The building I live in may appear new, but it’s anything but. It’s run down with constant leaks, pest problems, and inadequate heating and air conditioning, which are never available when they should be.
