I had a tap handle problem yesterday and the staff in trade section went beyond what I expected to find a part to fix the handle. Terrific service
I purchased from this business 5 years ago and was very happy with the service and products knowledge. Went back a month ago and they have changed hands. They have absolutely no idea on product, price or service. Had to go back 3 times ended up asking for my money back. Big thumbs down!
Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Was looking for a hard to find tap. Went to several shops prior and given the wrong part or wrong advice. These guys knew exactly what to give me. Highly recommend for anything plumbing
