I purchased from this business 5 years ago and was very happy with the service and products knowledge. Went back a month ago and they have changed hands. They have absolutely no idea on product, price or service. Had to go back 3 times ended up asking for my money back. Big thumbs down!
Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Was looking for a hard to find tap. Went to several shops prior and given the wrong part or wrong advice. These guys knew exactly what to give me. Highly recommend for anything plumbing
A few years ago I bought many items from BBK and staff at that time just amazing !! Not the case now I'm sorry to say.. I especially brought a friend and service was really ordinary !! We bought two heavy sinks and just left on counter and men walked off ... so guys we spent $10000 at plumbing store down the road were they went out of their way to provide service and excellent prices for top quality products Lift your game guys .. I wish it was a positive review
I have been into their showroom a few times, and the staff have been so wonderful, super helpful. They also have an amazing range. They do have to order stock in (like their competitors) but the stock is in within a few days usually. I highly recommend them.
