I received a letter on Aug 1st that my Home Insurance was due to expire on Aug 10th, and that my premium would now be an additional $400 /yr. I called BBH Insurance on the morning of Friday, August 2nd to both requote my insurance and ensure that it would be paid prior to my cancellation date since this was to be paid via my escrow account.
