I’ve been training here with Kelly twice a week for almost a year now. I’m blown away at the results I’ve had in this time due to her knowledge and direction. My plan is personalized off of my goals. And she is soooo motivating and fun too!
This is the best gym ever a lot of nice people here
Been coming to BBG Fitness and working with Kelly for over a year now. She's extremely knowledgeable on body movements and works with you on a manageable nutrition plan. Definitely would recommend her as a trainer anyday.
