Dropped off my sons car after getting a quote. What does out-the-door price mean? To this place it means that they will double the bill when they see my son. Taking advantage of people (kids, women) is their business plan. I should have paid attention to the first review!!! It was spot on correct. I took my vehicle to BBD Automotive to figure out why my car was overheating. BBD got me in the same day to look at my car and they informed me I need a thermostat to stop if from overheating. BBD also took a good look over at my car no charge to me which was nice as I was about to go on a long trip, and they informed me I needed a few other repairs. Absolutely the WORST auto repair shop I have ever taken a vehicle to! They charged by son, an airman in the US Air Force, an outrageous amount for some fairly simple work. Plus, they promised a 10% military discount, but then would only provide a 5% discount on parts and 5% discount on labor. The owner tried to say that was a 10% discount, but when challenged with the "math" he just got angry and said that was all my son would get and he did not even have to give that discount (I actually think he got embarrassed that he got... read more
