This company came to fix a clog in our AC line that was causing the split duct to leak. It clogged again a few weeks after they attempted to fix it and caused major damage to our floor. I had no intention of blaming this company nor did I even ask if this was covered by a warranty, but the owner just dodged me and refused to return. Did not answer my calls or texts after I explain the situation. He did not say oh I’m so sorry. These guys have installed three gas-powered HVAC (CTAC?) units in my home over the past two years, and each time they have had excellent communication, professional technicians and an abundance of patience. Would definitely recommend!
