These guys have installed three gas-powered HVAC (CTAC?) units in my home over the past two years, and each time they have had excellent communication, professional technicians and an abundance of patience. Would definitely recommend!

I searched online and found BBCOND, the best Air Conditioning company in Brooklyn, NYC. After contacting the sales of the company, Mr. Joe quickly and kindly responded to all my questions for the PTAC. Their quote is reasonable and fair for the newest model they recommended. Their technician, Mr. Zalman and his colleague provided a professional installation. While initially conversations were pleasant with customer service, I was disappointed to learn that they do nickel and dime you. Anyone reading this, please beware of this and shop around for quotes. Looking at other reviews it seems like I was not the exception.
