I visited this salon after seeing the high ratings and booked a root touch-up while in town for a few weeks. Afi did a great job, and the salon itself is pleasant — but this review is strictly about the shocking lack of price transparency. When I called to ask about the cost, I was told it would be $63, with an optional $37 styling fee, which I clearly declined. So you can imagine my surprise when I was told the total was $90. My teen daughter comes here for her layered trims. We get a different stylist based on our schedule . Every stylist has been great, always pleasant. My daughter has always been happy with her hair cuts. 🩷

What a SCAM! We called to get a price for a hair wash as my grandmother (89years old with short hair) broke her arm. We were told $22. Then when she she was done the price changed to $50 and was told that didn't include the tip. Absolutely disgusting and will NEVER recommend. Be very cautious with this place.
