I placed a phone order over the phone with a company called International Plastics. I was sent the wrong product, and when I asked if the calls were recorded they said no. They accused me of ordering the wrong product even though I gave the correct information over the phone to the representative. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee that states for ANY REASON, you can contact them within 30 days for a full refund or they will arrange a return and remake your product. The BBB allowed National Home Builders llc Columbia sc. to operate without a business license. No one who deals with the public has a real estate license, a contractors license, or a residential builders license. There have been many complaints, bad reviews. Some how they never get posted. With all that maintain a A+ rating. The public trust this company with 100 of thousands of dollars. It is hard to trust the Better Business Bureau.
