Needed someone to come clean out our septic. Coordination was easy, service was quick, polite, and straightforward. Payment easy and straightforward as well.
Called them and scheduled an appointment for the next available opening, which was approximately a week out. Good communication with Rachel about cost and procedures. Received a call the day before to confirm time and driver called the next morning to say that we were 1st stop. Craig and his assistant were great and answered my questions and respected the area they worked in. Kudos and great job!
They came when they were supposed to ,service was excellant and left a peace of mind assesmant to my e-mail. Everyone from the front office to the driver was top notch. Price was good too! Highly recommend.
