Lack of communication, between customers for repairs, shop is atrocious and unsafe. Improper diagnosis on vehicle problems, technicians are stealing parts from other vehicles, my battery was used in every other car but my own, took two months to do a timing chain and did not correct the problem, 2000 dollars paid and no diagnostic made for corrections to be made, car was trapped in so I could not tow the vehicle because they could not find keys to move anything around, overall the worst place to ever go for anything, they wi... read more
Bought a vehicle drove from Gainesville to Cleveland and it broke down needs new engine, called them they said oh well sorry. Terrible business ethics. Would not recommend at all.
