Worked there for 8 months before layoff. Almost no training. Very little guidance or oversight from bosses. Two young lawyers left while I was there because they were made to figure out motions, cases, etc almost entirely on their own. Deadlines were frequently missed, and many motions for non-suit granted against the firm's cases because of it. Their disorganization is harmful to clients' cases.
