My son has went to bba athletics for almost 2 years and he has grown as an athlete and as a young man I love how in shape he is and how much healthier he has gotten #BBA
Coach Adams is an excellent coach! My son has been training with him for a year and after 3 months we could see a change in our son he works harder and is even moving faster on the field!
The REAL DEAL!!!! Absolutely LOVES the kids…AND they LOVE him!! My son is sooooooo motivated to start his day (4 days a week) at 430AM with Coach Adams and his program! YES…430AM… my 14 year old son gets up (ON HIS OWN) and starts his morning routine to be ready to WORK. It takes EXTREME dedication, but not a day goes by that I hear him complain. Coach is a true blessing for our community and these kids. Our only regret is not starting with him earlier!!!
CLEAN facility with new state of the art equipment. Expert strength coaching and a genuine concern for the health and progression of each athlete. After just 5 weeks we saw (and continue to see) visible results (ie able to perform pull ups) and feel great about the investment in our child! Coach Adam's passion and commitment to produce college bound/elite athletes from this community shows and his resume speaks for itself!
