They helped me out of a tight spot where I had to be at work in a hour and a half and a hour and a half away very quickly and took a temporary check for part of it that one business had already turned me down for it. I had Walmart do the exact same service a couple of months earlier. Walmart charged me $70 while B&B Tire charged me about $25. B&B did not rip me off. Very nice folks and their dog didn't bite me. Very friendly.

I’ve given this place an opportunity to redeem themselves and just greatly disappointed. A month or so ago got brake pads and oil changed. Discussed over the phone prices, etc. after the service is done they say it’ll be over $600! Which is not what was discussed. They changed parts without even calling to ensure this was okay. Now I am trying to get tires replaced, called 4 days ago to order the tires. They had to go to LR to get them today when I showed up! Just kept saying we don’t do appointments on Fridays. A few years ago, I came here to get an oil change. Told them the oil I wanted. Went to pay for my service and was told it would be $150. I questioned why it was so high and was told the type of oil used. I told them I would not be paying for that oil because that isn't what I asked for. The man told me I was "a woman and didn't know what I needed". I did not pay the $150 and ended up paying the $65 as usual. I also never set foot in this place again.
