I went in today for the first time ever. In the morning, I set up an appointment for 1pm with Bishnu. According to the website, it’s a 30 min appointment. I arrived on time, only to find several other ladies waiting. I sit and wait. The woman who was there, not sure if it was Bishnu, attended to the ladies before me one by one. If I could I would give -5 stars I would. Walked in Sunday at 5:18pm for eyebrow service. Only 1 lady there and she was very frustrated. Studio is silent so it’s really awkward. She ended up serving my eyebrows ehhh I would say 2/5. But she was rude. I will not be returning.

I've been going to this place since 2019 and I've tried other brow places before, but this is the one that has always been my go-to for clean, beautifully shaped brows. I've had the pleasure of getting to know Bishnu (the owner) and her friendly staff over the years. Everyone here is incredibly kind and talented, and they always take the time to accommodate any of my concerns or requests.
