went to get gas yesterday around 530pm. the gas attendant had an attitude thinking i honked the horn when i was patiently waiting for him to help me. never as much as got a hello. working for years in retail myself i would never have snapped at a customer "did you just honk your horn"!! but i guess ill have to use one of the many other gas stations on 37 from here on out.
I grew up in Toms River and will go no where else! These guys are honest mechanics. They are reasonably priced and always polite and friendly. Normally fast service and never any surprises. A++++++++++++
Went to Sunoco on manatoking rd in brick on Thursday to get an oil change. My car was having problems, separate from the oil change on Sunday. I look under the hood, and no oil cap. I go out, buy a new oil cap and go back to Sunoco with my receipt in hopes of being reimbersed the $9. The mechanic tells me, he doesn't know who else was under there, but it was there when he did the oil. The manager is on vacation for a week, so can't talk to him, and even when I do, I bet he will say the same thing. Bottom line, if this is how... read more
This station always seems to have a great, if not reasonable, price for gas; not over inflated. I feel as if Sunoco is a better gas for my engine than the "convenience store" brand. As for auto repairs, I've heard good things of the repairs that are done; haven't used them yet. Found out that the owner FIRED the toothless guy for being rude, nasty & flippant with the customers.
