I've been working with B&B Stairs for well over 25yrs. I have got nothing but "A" rated service through out this timeframe, e cellant customer service a quality work ( these days far and few between) NO uncharged ( unless additional work needed and discussed with client "BEFORE" continuing. Best service ever ( ONLY problem, TIM is on his way out and ready to enjoy the retired community his company offers GOOD OLE GREAT CUSTONER SERVICE and values his clients. We were referred to Tim by our builder and could not be happier! Tim and his crew were professional, clean and their workmanship was outstanding. If we had more stair rails to build, we would call B&B first.
Tim was friendly, professional, on time with the installation, and the staircase looks amazing. We are very pleased with our experience and appreciate his attention to detail and great customer service!
