I went here about two weeks ago. I have given them plenty of time to help me return my Rolex, I left in the room be mistake. They refused to help me with the cameras or anything other than block me and my friend who speaks Chinese who called them as well for me. They blocked her as well. I was stupid to have left it but I called them asap once I knew I left it there. Its 15k to replace it. Unfortunately now I will have to call the police at this point. Wasn't what I was expecting. Friendly staff, however I felt rushed. The masseuse did not speak any English when I tried to communicate the areas of focus for the massage.
They short you on time . A lot shorter. If you're looking for a therapeutic massage, this ain't the place. What little massage you get is relaxing enough. So at this point you can probably imagine the options are standard. They are covered and adequate to relieve stress.
