I was stranded in Michigan heading to Tennessee and desperately needed back up and running as soon as possible. It was going to be the next day before he (can't remember his name) could fix my truck so he was kind enough to give me the number of someone that could get me back on the road that night. Called to have one tire replaced in a parking lot, was charged $1000. Charged 14 miles when my truck was 3 miles away, but 2 hours of labor, $300 for a RETREAD. Highway robbery, I would recommend using them as a last resort. Will be disputing the charge.
