I need to share the most uncomfortable and unwarranted interaction with Tony the owner of B&B Pools. He services our pool, biweekly, and came tonight to service it. However, we needed to request that he not work on the pump area as we had a contractor working in that area. B&B has opened and winterized our pool forever.
The two fellows who clean our pool always arrive on time and quietly clean it to perfection. I appreciate their efforts tremendously. Everything is neat and orderly when they leave. We use our pool every day so we depend on their help. Five stars to them.
We had our pool installed 15 years ago from the original owner of B&B Custom Pools, Barry BerKowitz. We never had any problems until the new owner, Tony, took over. When they opened our pool this year, the control panel somehow needed to be reprogramed. When I called about the issue, I was given a song and a dance on how it was a glitch in the system. They sent someone out upon my next scheduled service day to turn the pool lights on but did not resolve the other controls needing programming on the panel. Several emails went... read more
