Absolutely the worse, we are new with pools and they were super rude and very unprofessional, save your money, Go else were, because that was what they told us to go find another pool company.
I need to share the most uncomfortable and unwarranted interaction with Tony the owner of B&B Pools. He services our pool, biweekly, and came tonight to service it. However, we needed to request that he not work on the pump area as we had a contractor working in that area. He immediately started getting angry, just at that request, so I put my husband on the phone, he gave my husband a hard time saying that it was me giving him a hard time. B&B has opened and winterized our pool forever.
The two fellows who clean our pool always arrive on time and quietly clean it to perfection. I appreciate their efforts tremendously. Everything is neat and orderly when they leave. We use our pool every day so we depend on their help. Five stars to them.
