Angel and his team was AMAZING! Let me first say I had soo many issues, but not due to B and B. I’m sure I drove Angel crazy!!! Nevertheless, he responded to me promptly each and every time. I was under crunch time. Unfortunately, my permit was not approve due to the electrician not having his credentials updated to work in my city, which I didn’t know until the village contacted me two days before pool install date. The scheduler (Egle) for B&B is AMAZING. With this weather and really just the times we are living now, NOTHING is easy. She is gracious, has a heart for her clients, quite funny and I told her if I ever wanted someone to tell me bad news, it would be her. She CARES about delays. She needs a raise (:
