Professional, extremely knowledgeable, and fast. They came right out. Bobby knew exactly what he was doing. I had a main line clog, affecting the whole house. He quickly opened the street-side clean-out, and could tell the issue was inside the house main stack. It took him minutes inside to open the line and get us running well. On 07/31/26, we had a plumbing emergency about 12 hours before we were leaving for vacation. It was about 11pm. We called B&B, and they promptly sent over two technicians about an hour later, with the issue resolved within an hour as well. Can't get any better than that. Saved the vacation. Thank you!

Great service and fast responding, when I called it was only a hour wait time till he came to fix my kitchen sink. Bobby explained everything that was wrong and what was needed to be done to fix the drain in detail. Great experience overall definitely will be using them again.

Great service and Quick respond time had no problem coming out at any hour, quick and efficient work ethic. Wouldn’t want to call any other plumber for the job would definitely call for another problem and would definitely recommend!

I called on a Sunday for a toilet repair. Bobby came in less than the 2 hour time frame. He was very efficient and fixed it quickly. While he was here, I had him look at my other toilet upstairs. He fixed the fill valve on that one too.
