My Country Clipper's mower deck would not work properly, it was 5:02 on a Friday afternoon and my dealer, here in Piedmont, SC closed early. I searched for a Clipper dealer in the Central Time zone and found B&B and I am so glad I did. I explained my situation to Ted and that I lived over 1000 miles away, needing help and understood if they were too business, so late in the week. I bought a country clipper grass cutter from this company. They did not care enough about the company they r selling products for to research know about each item they r selling. It turns out the grass catcher they sold me will not work for the size yd I have. And Lord and behold I find out there is no return policy. So I have a $1600 paper weight. So thank you B&B Outdoor for the very expensive lesson u have given me.
