Everyone was kind, the spa was clean and my nails look great!
Great customer service. They’re all so nice and paid attention to detail
Everything was good once we got started. I had an appointment for 1000, but I’m not sure if there was confusion or if they’d let too many walk ins come at close to the same time, but I didn’t get seated until 1020, and still had to wait another 5 minutes until Amy was ready. I don’t blame Amy, but there should’ve been someone paying attention to all the people who had 1000 appointments booked. Amy did a great job and was very pleasant!
I had a wonderful pedicure at B&B with Julie. I have problems with my feet and explained this to her and she was very careful. I really appreciated her gentle touch. Thanks Julie and thank you Bea for hiring a very considerate person.
