Convenient to Upper Montclair and almost always able to accommodate last minute appointments. Clean and staff is very nice. Love the massaging chairs.
As much as I don’t like leaving a bad review I feel it’s important for clients coming here. I paid 40.00 for a gel manicure. They charge to take off the gel. The manicure part was the worst! It took the girl 45 min to get the gel off. She clipped the side of 3 fingers of the cuticle part. I know everyone has to start somewhere but for 40.00 it was probably the worst gel manicure ever. And I didn’t see sanitized tools. I expected way more. ☹️
B&B nail salon is the best salon I've ever been to. The staff is friendly, professional, and kind. They are tools are sanitized, and I am never concerned about an infection. I also appreciate that they carefully remove my polish and don't use a faster method which, in fact, destroys the nail I am a retired college professor and appreciate how careful they are about all that they do. I've been coming here for over two years and recommend the place to everyone.
If I can give this location 10 stars, I would. Such an amazing, peaceful and relaxing place to get your nails done. Very good music entertainment, 100% recommendable! These ladies get your nails done quick, I just can't wait to schedule my next appointment.
The owner was fantastic, sadly she had to step in and finish my pedi bc the young woman working on me was clearly brand new. I won't give a laundry list of the things that she did wrong and I will leave it at the fact that she's clearly inexperienced and that's not her fault. They need to provide her with much more training. The owner was very pleasant, finished the job well and discounted my service since that particular portion was truly the poorest.
