I’ve been to this salon before, but this time they overcharged me for acrylic nail removal. When I pointed out that the price didn’t match the one listed on their board, the staff got rude. Won’t be returning.

My sister and I had pedicures done here today, I felt it was rushed and the tech skipped some steps, when I brought it to her attention she totally ignored it and started talking to her colleague in her language?! It was more like an express one but I paid for a full pedicure! We both got the gel polish and 6 hours later it came off on both my baby toes and my sister’s peeled off too! Very disappointed!

I got acrylic nails done from BB Nails , and honestly, it was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. Within just one week the nails started lifting, breaking, and even damaging my natural nails. Concerned, I called them immediately and was told I could come in the same day — but due to my hectic schedule, I booked an appointment for the next week. I got nails done from them yesterday nune 29. This is how it look today june 30. I dont know what to say, very disappointing service. I spent 68 dollars.
